Who is responsible for your information

Signature Shine Cleaning Ltd is the controller of personal information collected through this website and during cleaning enquiries.

• Technical information needed to operate and protect the form, such as submission timestamps, request origin and IP-derived abuse-control data.

How we use your information

Submitting the quote form does not create a booking or service contract. We do not use quote-form information for unrelated marketing without a separate lawful basis.

• To review and respond to your cleaning enquiry.
• To clarify the requested scope and prepare or discuss a quotation.
• To communicate about an existing enquiry or agreed service.
• To maintain the security and reliability of the website and reduce spam or misuse.

Email delivery, hosting and service providers

The website is hosted using Vercel. Quote requests are submitted to a server-side function hosted by Vercel.

Resend is used to deliver quote-request emails to Signature Shine Cleaning Ltd. The information included in your request is therefore processed by Resend for email delivery.

These providers operate under their own security and data-processing arrangements. Information may be processed on infrastructure outside the United Kingdom. Where this involves an international transfer, we rely on the safeguards and contractual arrangements made available by the relevant provider.

Who can access your information

Access is limited to Signature Shine Cleaning Ltd and service providers that are needed to host the website, prevent misuse and deliver enquiry emails. We do not sell personal information.

Information may also be disclosed if required by law, to establish or defend legal rights, or to protect people, property or the website.

How long we keep information
